5 Products that Really Deliver

I believe in a consistent skincare line, but I am always on the look-out for a new product to mix things up. These five selections really do deliver. Some are drugstore brands but many of them can be purchased on Amazon or at Sephora.

#1. Lise Watier Lift Eye Patches

Source: Shoppers Drug Mart, Amazon

I started using these patches over 10 years ago and I particularly remember when I realized how amazing they were. I was on a business trip and had hurried back to my hotel room to get ready for a group dinner. I popped them on for 15 minutes, changed my clothes, refreshed my make up and hurried down to the lobby.

The host of the event stared at me and asked how I could look so fresh after such a busy day! Well, from that point on, I have always purchased these and even give them as gifts to my friends and family because everyone loves a little indulgence in self care, right?

Of course, I have tried many others over the years, yet I always circle back to my Lise Watier Lift Eye Patches. See for yourself!

#2. Gehwol Soft Feet

Source: Amazon

I think Gehwol makes the best products for foot and hand care generally, but I started using this cream during Covid. As we can all remember, you couldn’t go for haircuts or manicures and pedicures so many of us learned how to do them ourselves. I actually became pretty good at pedicures!

Enter Soft Feet. This milk and honey formula is so wonderful. I slather it on my feet just before I go to bed and my feet are so super soft in the morning that you really feel you have had a professional treatment.

This product delivers and I confess I use it on my hands as well!

#3. G.M. Collin Ceramide Comfort

G.M. Collin skincare products are really good and I have used them for many years.

Recently I found their Ceramide Comfort anti-aging Serum and thought I would give them a try. Was I glad I did!

I applied it after washing my face in the evening. The texture of the cream glided on seamlessly. Then I applied my moisturizer (not G.M. Collins) and went to bed. The following morning my skin, particularly just under my eyes, looked smooth and youthful. This one is definitely a keeper for me.

#4. Kora Organics-Noni Glow sleeping Mask

Source: Sephora

I have loved Kora Organics for years and use many of founder Miranda Kerr’s Kora products. But one of my favourites in her line is the Noni Glow Mask because it is such a nice added touch to my bedtime routine.

I apply the Noni glow mask after my moisturizer at night and always include my neck and chest.

My skin really does feel smoother and glowy after my morning shower!

It is a lovely indulgence and I love putting it on my hands as well!

#5. Caudalie Vinopure Purifying Mask

Source: Amazon

I love a good face mask and I use one at every opportunity; self care is important! I was so delighted by the results of this mask that I had to include it.

The texture is almost matte when you first apply this mask but it glides on easily. As it dries, it actually tightens the skin. Rinsing off after ten minutes reveals really fresh skin. I usually apply masks at night but I tried this one in the morning and found my skin texture looked amazing throughout the day.

I am sure you have some favourite tried and true products in your beauty cabinet. I would love to hear about them and your thoughts on mine!
