How to Quickly Refresh a Kitchen
As we head toward spring after a long, cold winter, it is not unusual to start thinking about breaking out of hibernation and making some changes to our living spaces. I feel the urge every year especially when I start to hear birdsong and see the world awakening outside.
But not everyone wants a major renovation.
I feel inspired by making small changes that don't necessarily cost a lot but are definitely worth the spend.
Here is my take on refreshing a kitchen that has instant impact!
#1. Cabinetry Hardware
Cabinetry hardware offers many price points to suit any budget and like jewelry on a dress, it can instantly update a kitchen cabinet.
#2. Light Fixtures
If you have lighting over an island or table, nothing—and I mean nothing—will refresh those areas like a new fixture. Again, with so many styles and price points, it is well worth the splurge.
#3. Kitchen Accessories
Think of organic bowls to hold fruit and vegetables. Add colorful tea towels or a simple stack of bar mops. Function never looked so good!
#4. Appliances
Appliances on the counter previously added clutter but now these essentials come in rainbows of colors and feature sleek, modern or retro designs.
