A Fresh Start: My Go-To Green Smoothie

I like to start my mornings with something quick, healthy, and energizing — and for me, that’s a green smoothie. Now, I know what you’re thinking… green smoothies don’t always look the most appealing. In fact, mine sometimes earns a few side-eyes (and yes, it even gives me green lips!). But here’s the thing: it tastes absolutely delicious, and it’s packed with the kind of nutrients that set the tone for a better day.

What I love most about this smoothie is how simple it is to make. A handful of fresh ingredients, a quick whirl in the blender, and you’ve got a refreshing, feel-good drink that actually makes you want to stick to healthy habits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • splash of pomegranate juice

  • handful of fresh or frozen blueberries

  • handful of fresh or frozen kale

  • 2 to 3 squirts of MCT oil

1 tbsp of each of the following:

  • chia seeds

  • goji berries

  • milled flax seed

  • spirulina

  • chlorella

  • moringa powder

  • marine collagen

Instructions:

Put in blender and blend until smooth.
