Compass Way | A Classic Townhouse Renovation
Compass Way is a full-home renovation designed to bring a calm, classic, and timeless vision to life. The project focused on opening up the main floor, creating a seamless connection between the living room, family room, and a spacious central kitchen that now serves as the heart of the home.
A former walk-in closet was transformed into a new powder room, allowing for a more functional layout and the addition of custom foyer millwork with bench seating and storage. A new staircase, refreshed bathrooms, and a completely reimagined principal suite further elevated the home.
The spa-inspired ensuite features a freestanding tub, porcelain tile, and elegant finishes, while the secondary bathroom introduces classic blue and white marble flooring with a navy vanity. The renovation also extended to the basement, where a custom wet bar, built-in cabinetry, and comfortable gathering spaces create the perfect setting for entertaining.
The result is a bright, sophisticated home that balances timeless design with modern functionality.
