Got Milk? Cashew Milk Recipe

Here is my easy recipe for Fresh Cashew Milk.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 4 cups of water

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

Soak the raw cashews in water for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

Drain and rinse

Add 2 cups of water, 1 tsp of vanilla and the soaked cashews to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds. 

Add 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp of maple syrup and blend for another 30 seconds. If you have a strong blender, you do not need to strain into a nutbag.

Pour into a pitcher and enjoy!

Keep in the refrigerator.
