Leisurewear at Home
We all know how important it is for us to have some sort of fitness routine. I have tried over the years to fit in at least 1 hour in the gym each week.
And as we age, it is so important to keep moving. For me, walking has become something I can easily fit in my busy routine. I walk with my neighbour early in the morning, 7 days a week, and we both enjoy the social aspect as well as the health benefits.
I am currently trying to fit in some weight-lifting exercises since I broke my elbow. Slow but steady progress!
Once I really got into my walking routine, I realized like so many, that proper running shoes and outerwear were very important for both comfort and safety.
But I also realized that upping my game in what I wore actually made me feel good about getting up at 5 am!
I always saw such cute yoga and fitness gear on the market, but my workout gear was basically grey and black leggings and tops. However, I recently found a new line of workout gear that I really love. The quality is great, and the designs are really fun!
