I have always enjoyed walking. It is easy, affordable and good for you!

I know. I know it is so important to exercise, but I have never really enjoyed going to a gym.

We all know how important it is for us to have some sort of fitness routine. I have tried over the years to fit in at least 1 hour in the gym each week.
