New Things That are Just Great!

I don't know about you, but I am always on the look out for new things. It doesn't matter if it’s a new kitchen gadget, garden tool or beauty item—it always amazes me to find something that is pretty unique.

Here are some random items that I think, to quote Martha Stewart, “are just great!”

#1. Wonderskin Lip Stain

I kept seeing this on fashion influencer feeds. But when I saw the results on one influencer, I had to find out what it was. Essentially, you swipe on a deep blue gloss that after drying and washed off, reveals a beautiful colored stain that can last for hours. You can touch it up with a gloss or lipstick or you can simply use it as a liner.

I ordered it on Amazon and chose the color Whimsical. My lips ended up being a soft rose tone and looked great with some gloss on top. I really like using it at home because I look more polished all day long!

#2. East West Bag Trend

Nothing is better than a purse that has enough room for all your stuff. The East West bag is a trend I have been seeing for awhile. I prefer to buy trendier items on shopping sites like Amazon because the price point is better.

This bag is basically a horizontal bag so the capacity is generous. I chose a burgundy color because that color is still popular. I was delighted at how much I could stow in it!

#3. Nuface Mini

Anyone who knows anything about the tools we use to improve facial circulation, fight lines, tighten and smooth will have heard about Nuface. I love the mini because I don't need a lot of attachments and this little gadget does all it says it does. It uses microcurrents to stimulate your skin. I particularly love it around my eyes and I have definitely seen a difference once I used it. It comes with a gel that you apply to allow the Nuface to glide painlessly around your face or neck. An aloe gel works really well too for the glide.

While it is only temporary, the effects are noticeable and it is part of my regime especially when I am going out for the evening.

#4. Tahini Baby Cookbook by Eden Grinshpan

I have been waiting for this new release from Eden Grinshpan since last year. It just arrived and I have been making a lot of recipes already. While it is a vegetarian cookbook, Eden's way with seasonings, fresh herbs and spices really create some amazing pairings. My favourite so far, and I am just beginning, is the Ultimate Shroom Shawarma. A thumbs up and will be on rotation in my kitchen! Check it out!
